You should have received the codes and directions for the tv with your remote. I just got a new remote and it came with the codes in the manual as well as how to program your tv and other devices.
fold back means u have to check power supply to v/ ic 25v. if it is ok,,, u have tochange all capacitors in vrtical section,, sometimes feed back resistors may be fauty,,check them also
press menu on ur tv and look for input select if u mess around with ur tv enoughyou will find what ur looking 4 all tvs have a way its just labled diffent
If you have the original remote use the closed caption button to turn it off. Without the remote, hold down both volume buttons on the front of the tv to bring up the menu. Use the the channel and volume buttons to navigate in the menu. Select the center icon at the top of the screen. Go down to closed caption. Select OFF. Wait for menu to go away.
It's not an adjustable problem and not all that easy to guess at either. Power supply is a usual suspect and my best suggestion would be to take it to a reliable shop for an estimate.
