a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: change operating language
How to change OS language from Dutch to English? The regional settings change only the keyboard, the multilanguage option is not available on ASUS Eee PC's XP Home!!! It is just a localized version: it saya everything in Dutch.
Reinstalling in English, I can not use my clean serial, it does not accept it and also I lose all the drivers...
So how could we REALLY do it?

What is the operating system of the laptop?
it is XP, Vista, or Windows 7?
You can do this
Turn your computer on
Once you press the power button of the latop
Immediately tap the F8 key on the keyboard
Once you did that you will see a black screen that says:
Windows Advance boot option:
select Safe Mode with Networking
after that, the windows will load on Safe Mode
then select your account
try to check if you still has internet connection
IF YES, go to this site: http://www.malwarebytes.org
to download an effective anti-malware software
restart your computer
and go back to normal mode of Windows
then, log-in to your account
install the downloaded Malwarebytes software
then update it and finally do a scan.
This software is very effective.

SOURCE: I have a Eee note
Take a flashlight to it to see if your backlight is out. If you shine your light at an angle into the screen you might see your operating system. If you do not you either have a loose connection or a bad LCD that will need to be replaced.
