It's called "Green Slime". Simply remove the valve stem with a valve stem tool, which is available at any autoparts store, and squeeze the "Slime" into the tires. Since they are small tires, it won't take but a few ounces. Replace the valve stem and air to about 15 p.s.i. (non metric pressure). Thanks for using Fixya!

After I pumped my tire the air escapes is there a cover for the valve after I am done pumping or not ?

You may have a puncture you would find and fix this the same as a bike tyre. Pump it up take out the inner tube find where the air is leaking from (sometimes submerging in water helps as you can see air bubbles coming from hole) then fix with a puncture repair kit

Back wheels keep deflating

hi, the chances are you have a puncture os something sharp sticking into the inner tube inside the tyre, what you need to do is buy a puncture repair kit then using the repair kit you take the tyre off the wheel then take the inner tube out.
now blow the inner tube up and place it in bowl of water and you should see bubbles coming off the inner tube, mark this with pen when dry so you know where the whole is, now use the puncture kit and place a patch over the whole, you can buy glue type patches or stick on patches without glue, you peel the back off the patch and put glue on or stick it over the whole if its a stick on patch and not glue.

then whilst this dry run your fingers around the inside of the tyre and check for any thorns or something sharp sticking in the tyre if you feel anything remove it and you should be ok, then when glue dry put the inner tube back in tyre and fit the tyre back on wheel now when you pump it up it shouldnt go back down unless you get another puncture.

if you are unsure what you are doing then taking your stroller into any bike shop and ask them to repair the punctures for you and they will do this for you whilst you wait.

My quinny rear tyre is flat tried to inflate the tyre but still does not work what should i look out for

you have a few choices
but if you want a long term fix you are better off getting a new inner tube as once a puncture occurs with the quinny wheels they will carry on doing it but theey are cheap enough to replace via ebay for about £6

if you dont want to replace you will need to remove the rubber wheel from the hub as you would a bike tyre then remove the inner tube
pump the tyre up put in water so you can find the hole then fix with a puncture repair kit

if you want to carry on using you can fill the tyres with tyre weld as you would a car they dont puncture and makes the quinny a smother ride

and if all else fails you can buy a used or new pair of wheels from ebay between £15 and £30
hope this helps x

It could be a tyre that has not been fitted properly - have you had a puncture recently? The thread on your tyre maybe crooked after repair.

Bugaboo spare inner tubes need replacement 12" tubes

Hi,

These can be purchased from most bicycle shops as they are a standard size, just ask for bent valves, makes the pumping up easier. Alternatively, you can get them from Bugaboo (www.bugaboo.com) but they will cost more.
Alternatively, if your model is a Cameleon (not a Frog or Gecko), you could buy the foam tyres (around £30 each) but would mean never another puncture.
I hope this helps.,

Hard tyres needed

You can't use hard tyres on the Raider At+ as it has a different wheel design. You try a foam tyre filler that could solve this problem.

Tire pressure light:

Take it to the dealer, any faults should be repaired under warranty with such a new vehicle. One thing to look out for: Have you had a puncture recently and had it repaired? Or any tyre work done? The sensors are located inside the rim and can easily be damaged by someone removing or refitting tyres carelessly. If the sensor is damaged in this manner there will be no warranty coverage, but you might be able to get the tyre company to pay for it (if you can prove they damaged it).

Help- wheel problem!

Call or email the company. I had the same problem and they sent me a new inner tube for free b/c my stroller was still under warranty (yours should be too). I took the new tube and the stroller to a bike shop where they finished the repair for me for $5.
