Could be a corrupt file on the disk but as your aware this game is available to download from steam so as long as you have the cd key that came with your origanal purchase then i would suggest uninstalling the game and if you havnt got one yet get a free steam account and download the game from them. Once downloaded enter your cd key and give that ago. Let me know what happens then as it sounds more like a gfx card issue bu tyou seemed pretty certain your hardware is ok :)

two of you needed here ,put a big screwdriver into the operating arm and pull it back so the piston goes in ,slacken bleed nipple then helper pushes clutch down -hold it down then tighten nipple .repeat a few times and you will feel pressure on the clutch arm ,now get helper to push pedal down and hold it down ,pull bar to push piston in as it moves you open nipple then close it after a squirt of air comes out and repeat this a few times and it should have a hard pedal
3 ways to bleed. 1) Gravity bleed. Start at the rear wheel brake farthest from the master cylinder. Open the bleeder screw about two full turns, and after a while, the brake fluid which is on top of the air will push the air out. When the brake fluid runs out, close the bleed screw. This can take 1/2 hour sometimes. You must keep checking that wheel so you can close the screw BEFORE you drain your master cylinder! Continue this with all four wheels. P.S. Sometimes it will not work. Then you have to go to - 2) Bleed with a helper. Helper gets in the car, and you ask them to push the brake pedal. You open the bleeder screw slowly and carefully, knowing the brake fluid may shoot out violently. Gently open it until bubbles come out. Close the screw, and ask the helper inside to pump up the pedal (about 5 times), and then hold it down medium hard. Continue to open the screw gently until only brake fluid comes out. Close that screw, and move to the next wheel. Repeat on each wheel. Check master cylinder ever few bleeds to keep it full. or 3) take it somewhere and have it professionally bled with a machine.
You'll need a helper to help push the brake pedal.
Start at the right rear, open the bleeder, have your helper push slowly and steadily down on the brake pedal. Close the bleeder. Have your helper take foot off the brake pedal. Repeat this process until either the fluid is clean/clear or there is no more air coming out of the lines.
Continue this process at the left rear, then the right front, and finish at the left front.

try to search it at program files. maybe at installation start menu folder or desktop icon didn't created but the program already installed.
open 'add or remove programs' window. if your game are listed in there, then your game is already installed at the computer. open C drive (where is windows installed) go to program files folder and search your game folder. if you find it then search the game application (.exe) right click and 'send to desktop'.
if your game is not listed in 'add or remove programs', then u need to reinstall the game. maybe there is problem with your VGA or RAM that makes the game erased after you playing the game. or maybe u have your computer 'deep freeze' program and you installed the game at frozen condition.
1- Be sure your files from the Olympus are downloaded and stored on your hard drive.
2- Be sure you've updated Photoshop CS' Camera RAW to the latest version: go to http:// www.adobe.com/support/downloads/main.html and click on the OS platform of your choice for Creative Suite, pick the latest Camera Raw plugin to download. Install and you're ready to go.
3- Start up Photoshop CS. You can either use the File Browser to look at the directory where you have put the files from your camera, open them from there, or you can use the File->Open... menu commands to pilot your way there and just open the file you choose explicitly. Camera Raw will start automatically when you pick a .ORF file with either method.
