Question about Nintendo Wii Console
I have a problem with the monster truck 4X4 wii game going to black screen. It freezes the console, nothing works, power, reset, nothing. I have to unplug the power cord and reset and start over. But when I do start over within minutes it happens again. Can anyone help?
It is the game it may be defected and not responding to the system. exchange the game for the same one. if that doesn't work call nintendo at 1800-255-3700, for help on this problem.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

When this same thing happened to me, I unplugged the Wii power supply from the wall (not just from the back of the Wii) and let it sit unplugged for about 10 minutes. When I plugged it back in, everything was fine.

Hi.If the power light is green or orange and your screen remains blank, follow these steps.
1. Completely power down your system by pressing the power button for 10 seconds. If that doesn't work, unplug the AC Adapter from the Wii for a moment, then plug it back in.
2. Make sure your Wii console has the most current Wii system menu. Download the latest update, and then test your Wii console to determine if the problem has been resolved. If you continue to experience this issue, there is a problem with the Wii console and it will need to be repaired by a certified Nintendo service tech.
If your Wii console is currently connected on-line, you can download the latest Wii System Update by selecting the "Wii System Update" button from Wii System Settings menu. Downloading the latest Wii System Update will add the most current features to your Wii console. If you already have the latest update, on-screen messaging will indicate so after the Wii console searches the available Wii System Updates.
