With a couple of my contacts, I receive a message which is added into the conversational thread, however when having finished typing a reply I cannot send it. To do this I have to leave this message, Compose a new SMS and paste my text into this new message. When the person replies it continues in the previous thread so then I have a separate message thread for their messages and my replies which I can only send from the thread I started separately. Please help! Thank you
Have you tried removing the battery and then trying it? If so contact carrier or check your online account for any blocks/restrictions. If still acting up then backup your data on blackberry desktop manager free on PC. As a last resort try a hard reset (options, security, security wipe, type blackberry, wipe.) Hope this helps!

Hi,
You'll need to reconnect it to blackberry desktop manager and reload the software. Using a USB cable. Reload a lower software version say v4.6.0.301 (platform 4.1.1.245). This should solve the problem you're having.
Kind Regards
