Pc turns it self on by it's self

Make sure the power button isn't sticking at all. If it is sticking then use some glass cleaner on a cotton swab and clean around the button.
Try plugging the computer directly into a wall outlet instead of a surge protector or power strip to rule out a faulty product.
If the same thing keeps happening then you'll need to replace the power supply.

I have a new pc Hp and when i put the sleep mode the pc keep turning on by her self is this normal?

No, you should check all the background running processes, one of them is waking the computer from sleep.
It's a common problem with media players or media agents, firewalls and anti-virus programs that updates frequently over internet.

How come my computer keeps turning on and off by it's self ?

It's got into a reset loop - often it's a fault on the memory card(s) or possibly even a software fault after an update or new programme. Try going in in safe mode (keep tapping F8 whilst starting up) and see if re-sets itself.
If not then it's likely to be software. Remove the last programme loaded and then restart the machine - see if that works.
You can try to reseat the memory cards for another possible solution.

Computer not booting up

Could be one of two things:

1. Signal cable from monitor isn't hooked up. (either monitor end or computer case end)

2. Video card in the computer is damaged and not putting out signal. This is unlikely though as usually this will trip the motherboard into beeping when you turn the computer is turned on.

3.

Bios set 08-08-2008 resets to 31-07-2007 every time i turn computer off.turn computer off then turn on it resets its self to 2007.turn power off and on at power switch. computer starts on own i do not push...

- do a bios update (or downgrade if needed) to see if it fixes the issue

- but probably the BIOS battery is not keeping the proper voltage anymore, and it automatically resets the BIOS (do the bios setting that u change, remain changed after unpluging/pluging the comp ?!). Try keeping the computer pluged in for a day and see if the battery charged properrly (if the set date remains )... if not ..change the battery.

- as for the self starting, there is a setting in the BIOS, that activates/dissables that ! - see u;re user manual ...
