Question about Logitech 967437-0403 Keyboard
Keyboard seems to be locked - only key that seems to work is standby (looks like power button PC) upper right above numeric keypad
Take the batteries out and put them back in - in a different order and push the re-connect button (usually red) hold it and wait for it to pick up the signal make sure no of your wires came loose - sometimes wires can get cause on drawers or chairs knobs and other things around the desk when we don't noticed and get dislodged so make sure the connection is all the way connected

Press the FN key and *at the same time* press the F10 key for 1 second.
The first part of the time should start to flash.
Use the up / down keys to change the hour, then press TAB. The minute figs. should now flash. Use up/down to change the minutes and press TAB.. do the same with the date and month etc, you can also set 12h or 24h clock.
When you are finished press ENTER.

SOURCE: Power Saver not working
The Logitech wireless keyboard "moon" key set the power saver on but would not return the screen no mater what key I hit. So, I connected a standard wired keyboard and hit the space bar. Once returned I disabled the "moon" key though the Logitech software.

I recently bought just a numeric keypad (logitech) and it didn't work either. Found that the following worked for me. I have Windows 7.
Click the start button, "Accessories", "Ease of access", "On sceen keyboard". When the keyboard comes up, click on "Options". Check the box "Turn on numeric keypad". Click "OK". Then on your computer keyboard or on the on screen keyboard, turn on the "Numlock".
