Question about Computers & Internet
Hi, I want a tool which has the ability to easily track all the email flows both within and outside the organisation. Apart from this I also want to get a report of all those users who are daily accessing the OWA. Thanks
I recommend you to go in for the third party tool named Lepide Exchange Reporter which has the ability to easily track the tasks like that of what kind of emails are received or sent within or outside the organisation. It tells about the attributes like date, size, subject, sender, receiver for each email flows. This helps in better administrating the process of the email flows and also tells about each users misusing or using the emails in the organisation. Besides this it will also tell you daily account of the users who are accessing the Outlook Web Access in the Exchange Server environment.

If you are referring to OWA as Outlook Web Access for your organisation, then your email is likely being handled by a Microsoft Exchange server. You'll need to be able to access the Exchange Administrator in order to turn on logging of OWA events.
You can monitor most other Exchange activity directly by turning on Diagnostic Logging for the components that you need to see. Of course, you cannot view email activity 'outside' of your organisation.
Which version of Exchange Server is being used by your organisation?

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
