The F1 error code -- lost communication with the sorter. Are there secondary numbers after the F1?
Check connector cables on sorter and machine, check power to sorter. If those are fine then you are looking at a board problem. Also make sure that all covers are close properly. *** check cover between the sorter and machine*** ( you may have to pull sorter away from machine).

After powering on, it will show F2 on the Sharp SF 2540 Copier, So please, I need a programme code to clear it or any other solutions to solve it problem

You need to take it to a Sharp technician to check machine , usually a toner issue that toner is unable to replenish in developer unit and so blows the chip on toner cartridge ,

replacing toner cartridge rarely helps
seeing as it is a deeper issue

I have sharp AR-163 it indicate f5 error. And Sf 2030 error code f2

Ar163 F5 = Copy lamp problem.

Possible causes are:

Blown Copy Lamp
Inverter trouble (copy lamp driver module)
MCU Board failure

This is most likely to be a blown copy lamp.

Ar2030 F2 is a process control error - depending on the sub-code it could be a number of different things. Please repost with the full code.

Hope this helps.

Sharp sf-2540 copier f1-00 code.

If your machine has a sorter it may be caused by the wiring harness that goes to the sorter from the machine being pinched. Try powering down the machine and unplugging the sorter and powering the machine on. If your problem goes away it is a sorter issue if not it may be a problem in the fuser.
