Question about Televison & Video
Hello;This sounds like an internal issue not A quick fix as I had the same issue with an R.C.A. doing the same thing.Well I tried every thing just like you and it was still there driving me off the deep end.So after I tried every thing I could think off I looked up R.C.A. on the internet and got there customer service toll free No. and they put me on with one of there repair People and He walked me through it and after about about A half an HR. of trying to understand what he was trying to get me to try it was gone YA. But I knew I would never remember how to do it again I had him send me an Email so the next time I could do it,but so far so good it never happened again knock on wood but I still have that paper just in case.All the best and good luck.
