How to block a number on a Panasonic KXDT333

We are receving calls from an overseas number constantly, there is nobody on the other end and if we try and call back still getting silence on the other end. Its driving us mad and also blocking out line and could cause us to miss important calls. Does anybody know if there is a way I can block this number calling in? Thanks

SOURCE: how to do check my missed call log

A Panasonic TDx system has 2 types of call logs, one personal for the set, and one for the ICD group.

Pick a spare button, press PROG, the button, and dial 54 STORE.

If you had incoming: 00x on your display, that button will light and you can now press it to see who called. Your Navigator UP/DONW key will step you forward or backward through the log. The LEFT/RIGHT key will display the 4 lines of the display if you're not using a 7636 phone.

If you want to see incoming calls to a particular ICD group, pick another button, and dial 54 plus the ICD group number. For example, I used 100 as my ICD group (now 600 by default). I have 2 buttons, one logs my extension calls, one displays the system calls.

SOURCE: Clear missed calls message

You can try this, it worked for us.
Press the key that says CID (Caller ID) to view every missed called telephone number. They disappeared, but we had to do each handset. Hope that works for you.

SOURCE: I have a Panasonic PNLC 1012 phone system - i want

Thanks for visiting FixYa!

I believe the number you've provided may be the part number to the charging base which the phone sits in. Check to make sure. Panasonic phones that use this base (usually) begin with the letters KX-TG

You may have a KX-TG8521 or a KX-TG8523. Again, please verify the exact phone model you have then re-post a NEW question with the correct phone model. Thanks!

Need to edit system directory numbers

System numbers are stored in system program 001, or Speed Call. If you just need to change a number, you need to find the control phone (usually x101) and press PROG and dial **1234. From there, you can get into the Sys Prog # 001 and step through the entries by the ENTER and arrows. The keypad press selects upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols.

KX-DT333 - Flexible Button (programmed for an extension) constantly flashes red and no-one is using the phone (extension), what does this mean and how can I rectify it?

It probably means the phone is in Do Not Disturb. There's a programming option to make it not do that. Check out the installation manual for your phone system.

How can I set the number of rings on our Panasonic KX-DT333 so that when on night mode (or away mode) it rings 2 or 3 times before the answering machine picks up? Currently it rings around 10 times.

it's best to have your local panasonic dealer/serviceman do it, because it will require you to know the installer programming password which the installer sets, and it requires you to know the inbound call paths so you set the correct timer (all very simple if you have a computer hooked up and own the programming software, but a pain if you are trying to program through a phone)
