Did you blow it up, probably not.

Click this link for the everything.

http://www.kmbs.konicaminolta.us/content/support/supporthome.html

  1. Choose the Category "Office Systems"
  2. Choose the model "7020"
  3. Click the error next to the Model dropdown box.
  4. Choose the 1876KB user manual called "User Manual for 7020, 7025, 7030 and 7035"
Or click on this link for the specific manual.

The error codes you seek are not in the manual, you'll have to call Konica to tell you what they are ... call Konica at (860) 683-2222.

Hope this helps. Rate a fixya!

F26-1 at power up. [Description] F26-1 at power up.
[Solution]
PROBABLE CAUSES:
1. The TDS (Toner Density Sensor), in the developing unit, has detected a depletion of toner.
Note: This may have been caused by the customer making an excessive amount of copies while the machine was out of toner. It may also be caused by a bound toner addition system.
Clean all toner from the toner recycle and toner supply assemblies. Confirm that the gear mesh between the toner supply auger drive gear and toner supply motor (M4) is flush. If toner supply conveyance is normal and the toner cavity is empty, install a new toner cartridge (Item #950236) and then perform the following diagnostic mode to replenish the developing unit with toner:
a. Access the 47 mode (power the copier ON while pressing the 4 and 7 keys).
b. Enter output code 54.
c. Press the START button.
Note: Toner will now be added to the developing unit and stop automatically when target level is reached, although it will not run any longer than 3 minutes.
d. Power copier OFF/ON to return to normal copy mode.
Note: Perform the following 25 mode software switch settings to minimize the amount of copies that can be made, prior to copy inhibit, when the ADD TONER message is displayed:
- Access the 25 mode (hold down the 2 and 5 keys at power ON).
- Select [1] (SOFTWARE SW).
- Using the up and down arrows, scroll to the following software switches and set them as follows:
a. 4-0 set to 0
b. 4-1 set to 0
c. 4-2 set to 0
d. 4-3 set to 0
- Power OFF/ON to return to normal copy mode.
Notes:
A. These setting will allow the ADD TONER message to be displayed immediately and only allow 100 copies to be thereafter.
B. Copier inhibit will automatically be released when a new toner cartridge is installed.

2. The toner conveyance gear is worn. The toner conveyance gear is driven by the toner supply motor located on the toner supply unit.
Replace the toner conveyance gear (p/n 26NA32680).

I may be able to get the manuals for a nominal charge. bkbell@brianbell.net

Error concerning Data transmission Bus or hardware (IR
Input system) Check connections between the MFP Control Board (PWBMFPC) Copier Board (PWB-CF) Some serious money so check all connectors, remove them one by one and check each one for bent pin(s) ensure reseated properly, could also have bad firmware, requires tech, because firmware is on secure web site at Konica Minolta.

Hey I have konica minolta magicolour 2400w printer. When i turn it on, it start warming up but after 3 seconds it turns on the ERROR light & the printer doesn't work. Every time i turn it on same issue...

Hi
Usually these machines give you an error code on the control screen. You do not mention one but the webpage here:
Error Codes Konica Minolta Magicolor 2400W
gives most of the error codes for your model.
and also by changing the drop down menus along the top of the page you can view other errors for your machine and for other models and makes. You can also use the link to get a Service Manual for your machine.
Hope this is helpful, if so would you please register that with Fixya

I turned on my machine and an error message that read CAUTION MACHINE TROUBLE SERVICE CALL (0500). Just purchased konica minlta magicolor 1680 mf a week ago.

With it still under warranty, I would hesitate in any fixes that may negate said warranty. Here is the information to get a hold of Konica: call 1-800-208-1203, select option 4 and have your serial number available.

You might also call the place you purchased it from, being only a week old, it should not be having any issues.

I hope this helps

E000602-0413 error msg

A E000602-0413 code means that the hard drive has crashed or it is failing. You will need to have the hard drive replaced or have it reflashed, but the flashing will only be a band aid. Good Luck
