Here is Bionaire's page for manuals. Your model is not included, but several very similar models are (7205, 7307 & 7309). You should be able to find what you need. Cheers, Jidza

Bryant A/C thermidistat is not responding to de-humidification setting. the rest of the system works fine. Setting is at 60. The house humidity remains at 75. This problem occurred after a day long power...

With the limited information, and based on the fact it worked before the power outage, i would assume the thermostat lost its installation programming and is using the default set-up programming. If you have the operation manual, then check this and look for the installers menu.
The installers menu will have a step to turn on the dehumidification function.
Depending on the brand, there can be up to 50 steps to set up the thermostat for the type of system you have. You must have complete understanding of your heating and air system to set up the thermostat programming in then installers menu.

I was just given a Haier air conditioner model HWR05XC7. It is not manual controlled. How do you operate it?

Unfortunately, the model number you listed is not a current Haier model. However, the electronic controlled unit, use a hand held remote control to operate and set the functions of the AC unit.
Call Haier America Customer Support 877-337-3639. As the may be able to help you and provide you with an Owners Manual.

Hope this helps you. Please let me know. Thanks.

Can an A/C dehumidify in fan mode or does it have to stay in cool mode?

Yes it can. With the fan running continuously the heat brought over the Evaporator coil will transfer to the refrigerant and cause the refrigerant to migrate absorbing some of the Latent heat at a "very minuscule rate" thus giving you some de-humidification. If you have a variable speed fan it will work a tad better. But overall the de humidification you will encounter will not be very noticeable.

We have lost the operating instructions -can we download from somewhere?

Since you didn't mention who the Manufacturer is and the Model Number, your best bet is go to the Manufacturer's website. You will probably find a section on Owners & Installation Manuals, You'll definitely need the Model # of your A/C Unit to do this.

Most manuals are in a pdf format that your can download and print for future reference. Plus, it doesn't cost a cent.

Be patient and do a thorough search. If you find your model has been discontinued, contact the manufacturer by phone.

Hope this helps you find the manual you need.

I have a mitsubishi daiya model SRC56HAA have lost the manual don't know how to get the cooling working

Is it possible to control the Mitsubishi Daiya Split Type Indoor Unit Model Number FDUM321HKXE2 as follows. We have an energy management system that controls the power supply to the room. This is done by using a door contact via a mini PLC to close and open the system The room is powerd up, all electrics and A/C as soon as the door is opened and closed after a 10 min. delay when the person leaves the room. I am trying the regulate the A/C not to power up on entrance. I need it to operate after close down only by requiring a manual operation of the wall control unit, i.e. it must be switched on manualy at each entry. Any advice ??? Regards Bill
