You can, however unless you need specialty lumber then it's MUCH cheaper to get it from your local Home Depot, Lowes, or local lumberyard. If you need exotic woods, then the following link to Rockler is a good place to start. Wood at Rockler Domestic Lumber Exotic Lumber Molding Veneer Otherwise, save your money and buy your regular dimensional lumber at local home improvement stores.

Yes sure you can. You can order lumber on line and have it delivered to your home or workplace.

Here's an example of a site that does lumber deliveries;

Where can i find cheap lumber prices

Lumber is a problem. Cheap lumber prices often results in low grade timber masquerading as quality whereas paying list prices does not guarantee quality either.
The best way is to trade with a dealer who has a decent reputation and then negotiate for a good discount.

The only other way to ensure low price and quality is to lay down your own timber and wait a dozen years.

I need the copper tubing for air ace compressor td2550

I usually do not replace tubing with factory replacement part. I use soft copper tube from plumbing shop or major lumber store like Lowes. Soft copper comes in standard sizes with ferrules and compression nut. Some tubing is metric and can be ordered from suppliers off internet. Factory tubing sold as part number is difficult /impossible to find and is expensive. Good luck

I have a deck 14x20 I want to replace the decking @.89 a linear ft what would my cost be?

Looks like you're going to be into it for right close to $500 for the decking, give or take. I'd add another $20 - $30 for stainless steel screws, plain old decking screws will eventually rust causing nasty looking stains as well as the possibility of the screw twisting the head off if you ever have to remove it.

Does anyone know any good tricks for picking up cheap lumber?

Have you tried places like Home Depot? They sell something called "culls" which are racks of off-cuts. It might take time to find what you need but you'll save a fortune

What is Quarter-Sawn Lumber?

Quarter-sawing is a method of milling trees into lumber. Quarter-sawn lumber is highly sought after, particularly in certain species such as oak or maple, where look of the grain in the wood is accentuated by the method of cutting the tree. While rip-sawing is the most efficient (and common) method of milling, quarter-sawing is more difficult to cut but yields much more stable lumber. Because it is more difficult to cut and there is more waste, quarter-sawn lumber is considerably more expensive than rip-sawn material.

Cut off question

Here a few examples: * 5 inch trim saws, usually with a fine-toothed blade and often with the blade located on the left side of the motor, for easy viewing of the blade path. These are available in 120V, AC models, and rechargeable battery models in various DC voltages. * 6 1/2 inch saws, as shown in the illustration above, used for cutting to length nominal lumber for construction, as well as ripping lumber, and cutting plywood or composite material. * 7 1/4 inch saws, often call skillsaws, from the name of a major circular saw manufacturer, Skill. These are the backbone of the construction industry, used for cutting lumber up to 2 1/4 inch thick. They are used for cutting framing lumber to length, and ripping lumber. They also have a number of optional blades which can be used for cutting composite materials, concrete, ferrous and nonferrous metal sheeting, pipe, tubing, and even cold-rolled steel bar stock. * 8 and 10 inch saws, used for cutting to length larger lumber or timbers, up to 4 inches thick. These are heavier, more cumbersome tools used mostly in industrial work. * Worm-drive saws have a gearbox with a worm-geardrive, and are found in 7 1/4 inch models which are most commonly used for ripping lumber or cutting plywood decking or sheathing. They typically have the blade on the left side of the machine, to make watching the blade path easier when cutting parallel to the edge of a wide sheet of plywood.
