You should have a switch in the Driver Information Center (DIC) that is labelled "E/M" (stands for English/Metric).
You should be able to push that switch and change the display from Centigrade to Fahrenheit.
To convert degrees C to degrees F, Multiply the Centigrade temperature by 9, then divide by 5, then add 32
Or, degrees F= (9/5 degrees C) + 32
Here's link to website which explains difference between Fahrenheit & Centigrade scales, & how to convert between them:
To shift from Fahrenheit to Celsius on Your KIA Rio, press the OFF button and the AUTO button together for at least four seconds. Now, the display will change from Fahrenheit to Celsius or the other way around.
Also, if you disconnect the battery and let it breathe for a while before reconnecting, the display will go to the original form, i.e., Centigrade or Celsius.
To know more about your KIA RIO, please refer to this owner's manual https://www.manualslib.com/manual/740114/Kia-Rio.html?page=195
