Question about Apple iPhone Smartphone
If itunes recognizes the phone use the restore option if not you need to perform a force recovery mode. to do this hold power and home screen buttons until the screen resets when it does keep holding the home screen button and plug in the phone to the computer after a few seconds itunes should see a phone in recovery mode and force you to do a restore. if that does not work you might have a hardware problem and will need to go to a store.

Well first of, there is your warranty, but if your Apple store rejects it for some reason, there is both an iPhone Repair Guide if you want to try a self-repair and a third party iPhone Repair Service. I'm sure you've tried a hard reset (menu button and on/off switch together for 5 sec.) Otherwise open it an try to measure the battery, if it has more than 3.7V and the iPhone still doesn't turn on there is an issue with your logic board.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
