Stuck on Loading Screen
This usually indicates that the software kernel on the micro sd memory card has become corrupted. It can also happen if the micro sd memory card is overloaded with games, music and video files etc. The solution is to reinstall the kernel software on the micro sd card and ensure the micro sd memory card is not overloaded. Leave about 25% memory free.
download SDformatter and format the sd card with that, place all the files on there, none in folders..
you will need a media card reader for your computer as that is the only way to put information on the card as the psp can only read the information on the card, then you can go in to the caard and put your folders in it. Create 3 folders GAME, MEDIA, GAME SAVES your psp can read these files but you will have to format the card to FAT 32 before the psp can read anything on it
remove the memorys and check the memory slots for any damaged pins .test the memory one by one on 2 slots(power off place one memory on slot1 and power on then do that procedure on slot2 ) if the laptop boot, one memory or one slots have problem and you can work with another one ,if you didnt see the boot screen at all try to reset the Bios .
if still dont work have to repair or replace the mainboard.
probably your memory card has had it...if it will let you reformat it, re-install flash card drivers and chuck a few games on and see what happens...also check inside card slot and make sure all the contact pins look nice and straight. if you can also just try a new memory card in the meantime to put your mind at rest concerning the problem coming from the ds...highly unlikely.
PS3 is one of the most amazing gaming device but like other competitor gaming devices (Xbox and Wii) It also has some problems like Freezing up. You may check out the informative Article at ezinearticles Remedy for PS3 Freezing up
first check if the game is compatible with your windows
secondly make sure the graphics needed by the game does not exceed the size of your graphics card
thirdly, check if the speed of the game is not higher than your processor speed
after doing this,re-install the game again and retry it agian
note that if your graphics card and processor speed does not meet the requirements of the game, your pc will freeze while trying to open the game.

Take all the memory contents out to your computer as backup, format
your memory to fat32 and put all the memory contents again to the
memory from your computer. If not working try downloading the card
system files from the card manufacturer site, these files are needed to
run the card just like the operative system in your PC, if these files
get corrupt or deleted the card wont work.
