Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Try reloading the driver for dvd player burner. If this does not work try downloading the "read program" for the specified dvd drive.

Lost manual cant work out how to record vhs to dvd

VHS is an analogue format and DVD is a digital format . So we need to convert the analogue to a digital format and this requires a special conversion program and hardware.
So using the covertor attached to your PC you can gather the VCR input to the PC to be processed and convered to be burned on a DVD.

Is third time a charm. Again several years ago I

Here is the owner's manual for your DVD machine. This is a VHS recorder but not a DVD recorder. To record VHS tapes to DVDs, you will need a DVD recorder.
You will plug the yellow video out connector on the VHS to the yellow 'Video in' connector on the DVD Recorder. Do the same for the red and white audio connections, out on the VHS, IN on the DVD Recorder. Connect your TV to the DVD recorder so you can see the picture you are recording.

DGTEC top box,DG -HD8710, lost manual when moving

The main aerial goes into the box, then a flylead out of the box into the tv(if you have a vcr or dvd rec then it will go in there first then out into the tv). Then connect the box to the tv with a scart lead.

What discs are you using, maybe theres not enough space.
maybe they are dvd-r or dvd+r. The funai units are rebadged pye units so you could try their customer support
