you haven't said which operating system you have so here's a generalisation.
you go into control panel, there you will find uninstall a program or program features (uninstall program). click on the program you want to uninstall and click uninstall.
if the program is not in that list, find it in the start menu and there should be an uninstall option there.
the drivers might have been corrupted by something or you might have got a virus run your antivrus program and test then if your computer came with a motherboard disc the sound drivers could be on it you might have to uninstall then reinstall either the sound drivers or the sound card make sure you have both of these devices backed up to a disc before uninstalling a yellow? question mark means you need to install/update driver to do this right click to install driver
It might be a problem that the install.log file has been deleted. When some programs uninstall it reads from this file to clear the installed components and the registry entries, if the uninstaller cannot get this file it cannot uninstall the program.
