About 50 hrs in to fallout 3 it glitched and then froze, when i restarted it and loaded the save point, the right analoge stick lost its function with fallout 3 and only fallout 3. i've tried other controlers and the same thing happens with fallout 3. If it works while youre on ur pip boy map then all you have t do is find a safe or door to pick the lock on. idk why and i know it sounds wierd but it worked for me i just picked the lock successfuly and it worked again.

Codfo3 is right, I was exiting the broken bow of Rivet City by way of the locked door from the inside to complete the Replicated Man quest when my game froze on me. So, I restarted from an earlier save and exited through the locked door again, that's when my right analog on my dualshock3 froze. I could walk around but couldn't look up, down, left, or right. So, I got worried thinking "Great my DS3 was broken". When I brought up the Pip Boy screen I noticed that I could move the cursor around on the map, but couldn't look around in the game. I read codfo3's suggestion and remembered that I had left an ammo box in Super Duper Mart locked because my lock pick skill wasn't high enough back then. When I unlocked the ammo box, voila, it cleared up. Thanks again codfo3.

The same thing happened to me. The only solution i've been able to find I'm afraid is to load an ealrier save file. I learned a long time ago that when playing an rpg, one should always have multiple save files in case something happened that you didn't want. Say you save your game and you've got really low health. Happens to everybody. Well also say you've hit a point of no return without realizing and just around the corner you've got a huge boss fight. The only way to continue the game is throught the boss with nearly no health, and you can't turn back. You're pretty much screwed. However, if you have multiple save files, then you've got the dead end one you just made AND you've still got the save file from twenty minutes ago. So just load an older save file if you have one, beacuase these problems with the analog sticks will probably continue.

I was playing a game and all of a sudden the ps3 froze up

that is just glitch that almost any game or any game console will do occassionally but rarely its nothing to worry about unless it does it more than once in the same spot then it is probably the game disc is scratched or the game itself has a glitch there

The right analog stick does'nt work with fallout 3

if its glitched you most likey wont be able to get it to work if not try renting fallout 3 and see if it works with the rented one otherwise youll have to delete youre saved game and start over i had to do that with nascar 09 because it glitched me and only when i started over did things work correctly

turn off the system, and put the controller down then restart the system without touching the controller, sometimes the analog stick it in the up position that will remain the default position untill you reset the system

PSP Unbricking problems....

did you dump or restore nand dump saves current nand restore deletes current nand and replaces it with one saved on memory stick.if it is bricked it doesn't necesarily need a nand repair nand is when you have issues loading firmware or issues with umd drive menu bar. so if you can load a firm ware load it don't touch the nand till it does not allow a firmware update and if you have some glitches after firmware update try idstorage rewrite in the nand tools.

sad to say this, but maybe formatting the HD and then do a system update, might remove a possible glitch, but u will lose all info in the HD,other than that, i dunno.
Download an update to a memory stick with ur pc in case u need it.
