Question about Samsung SMH7174BC Microwave Oven
Ordered bulbs from 2 different Samsung parts suppliers - none of them work; need light to shine on stove top below so cooking food is visible
We tried shuting off power to microwave before installing new bulbs and then turning the power back on-don't see a plug anywhere - should we dump this one? iT IS 2 YEARS OLD!
I know this is going to make no sense . but in my samsung service cd it is in BOLD PRINT YOU MUST DISCONECT POWER BEFORE REPLACEING BULBS , OR DAMAGE TO TIMER WILL RESULT ! the first time you changed them did you disconect power ? if not , your board might be toast , $$$$$$$$$
