Hi as you have lost the card the sim card was attatched to then the only place you can now get the code from is your service provider, the PUK code is the securit code for the sim card and the code is random so its not like the security code where you can use a number generator to get the code the PUK code is totally random and is between 8 and 11 digits long.
so you have 2 options open to you if you need to use the sim card thats asking for the PUK code then all you need to do is call your service provider and give them your phone number and they may ask your name and address but once this is done they will be able to give you the PUK code over the phone for free.
now the other option you have is if you dont need to use the sim card what you can do is get another sim card and you will either get a new puk code or the sim card wont ask for the PUK code.
let me know how you get on or if you need further assistance.
please could you rate this post as i have a whole page of unrated posts, thanks.
You can locate your PUK usually it is included in your sim card kit when you purchase it. if you lost it already, this is the last thing we can do. Contact your operator customer care or visit them and ask for your PUK code and they are very glad to help you. they will ask you several questions pertaining to your account to verify if you are the real owner. You can also get it on-line on most operator if they have this service at their website.
Once you receive your PUK code, you will need to enter it into your phone to set a new PIN code.
Don't forget to rate me OK! thanks...
Note: If you enter the wrong PUK code 10 times in a row, your SIM card will be invalidated, and you will need to purchase a new SIM card. The phone will display the following error: "PUK blocked call operator."
A PUK (PIN Unlock Key) code is required to unlock SIM cards that have become locked following three successive incorrect PIN entries. If your SIM card becomes locked, you will need to get a PUK code from your SIM card Customer Care.
It is the sim card that got blocked not the phone. it is found in the Sim pack. It is the 8 digits code that you find on the Sim card carrier. Phones do not require PUK code, the Sim card does. Check on the Sim cards pack, you will see the Sim card carrier where you broke the Sim card out of, there are some codes on it. You will see your number, the pin code and a 8 digit code, then you will see the bar code at the bottom of the card, it is the 8 digit code that is the PUK for your Vectone mobile. If you do not have your pack anymore, what you have to do is to contact the Vectones customer care center, so they will be able to give you your PUK code, but the y will ask you for some security informations, which are easy to answer, after providing the answers, they will give you your PUK code. Hope this helped.
Please call the Customer Care of your Network Operator (sim card provider), they will tell your the code. There's no other way or no means to get the code except from the Service Operator. They might ask your few questions related to the Sim Card, like your name or your address, tell them promptly and they will give you the puk code for your sim card. It's also important to note down the Sim Card Number (number written on the sim card) if in case they ask you the sim number. You will also be assisted on how to disable the security settings.
Note: if you keep entering random/unknown numbers/codes, the sim card will be locked and will be rejected. It'll not be usable anymore. Good luck.
If you have lost your pin number, the only way to rest the PIN is either using a different SIM card, or entering wrong PIN three times, triggering in PUK code, and then calling SIM card phone company to unlock the PUK.
A lost PIN cannot be retrieved, only the PUK can be discoverd, but you will have to call the phone company.
PUK means "personal unlocking key" .
The PUK code is asked if you enter a wrong pin 3 times.
You need to call the phone company that released the SIM card, they can retrieve the PUK code from a database for free.
In your case you need to contact your SIM card provider technical support to unlock the SIM.
SIM card provider is the brand on the SIM card. For example if you have
a Vodafone card, you will need to call Vodafone to get the PUK.
The PIN and PUK are related to the SIM card, not to the phone.
If you replace the SIM card with a different one, then the phone will not ask for the PUK anymore.
u need to contact ur service provider, call the customer care, they will ask u for ur sim card number which is printed on the top of sim card and will ask u for some personal information regarding ur number. after getting all information they will provide u ur puk number.and make it sure don't put puk code wrong , if put 10 time wrong then u will loose ur sim card and number u will need to issue new sim card with same number but u will loose ur contacts and messages saved in ur sim card.best of luck
