Question about Bissell 9200 Upright Vacuum

My bissell proheat 2x (9200) is messing up. The brushes will not turn and there is no suction.

There are several things to look at. The brushes will not spin while the machine is in the upright position, the circut breaker could be tripped, As to the no suction problem, the problem that comes to mind is that the Red float "door" in the tank may have closed as a result of bumping an object or moving allowing red float door to release into machine back and forth too quickly. It may be a clog in your tank, preventing the water being sucked back up. Check your tank and tubes for clogs or damage. Make sure the brush is still rotating and the belt is not broken too.

Very little suction leaves rug wet.

Check tank and tubes for clogs. Make sure your belt and brush are working. Also make sure you are not overfilling your tank.

Hand held vacum suction stopped after 1st use. Was working fine, suction does work if onfloor but won't once turned to tool
