Fix Windows Script Host If you are experiencing script host issues, you might notice error messages such as "Library not registered." When the computer turns on it says.... " Application explorer.exe encountered a serious error and must shut down. Just purchased the computer and it will no go pass this error message

"Application explorer.exe encountered a serious error and must shut down"means sometime in the past, someone must have installed the OS incorrectly or has deleted something vital, which is why this error is occurring. The only way to bypass this is to reinstall windows OS using the CD that was provided for you, and this error will disappear.

if you have windows xp you can try going into safe mode by pressing F8 at start up. once your in windows try logging in to the administrator account (it usually doesn't have a password) then you can change the password on your old account.

If you have windows 7 try following one of these guides
