PINK LG CHOCOLATE PHONE SLIDE UP WILL NO LONGER SAVE PHONE NUMBERS TO THE SIM CARD AFTER THE PHONE IS SWITCHED OFF OR THE BATTERY DIES IVE ONLY HAD THE PHONE SINCE FEBRUARY THE 1ST SURELY THEY SHOULD LAST LONGER THAN THIS
Take it back to where you got it and use the warranty. Lg is good at fixing any problem with their phones. But... be ready for a bit of a wait, speaking from experiance... I was with out my phone for about 7 weeks as it went from Sydney to Perth to be fixed. Have had no problem since. It should be still under warranty so use it thats what its for....

Ive taken my lg chocolate phone pink k800 back to phones4u because it wont save numbers to the sim anymore ive only had this phone since february this year theyve had my phone now for five weeks they sent to there repair centre who say they can not find anything wrong with my phone and ive had to pay £17.63 to get my phone back which is still going to have the problem when i get it back any suggestions i dont think i should off had to pay to get my phone back that isnt fixed
THANKS FOR THE ADVICE I'LL BE TAKING THE PHONE BACK TO PHONES4U AS SOON AS I GET IT BACK FROM THERE OWN REPAIR CENTER WHO SAY THAT THEY CANT FIND A PROBLEM WITH IT BUT THEYVE CHARGED ME £17.63 TO GET MY PHONE BACK THAT THEYVE NOW HAD FOR FIVE WEEKS IVE LOST JOBS THROUGH THIS AS WELL THINK THEY SHOULD BE PAYING ME NEVER BUY A PHONE FROM THERE
