go on line to google --type in the manufacturer of the unit --- go to parts catalogue type in the part number/model /year and order from there.

If you check the specs on the manufacturer website, it will detail an aprox yearly consumption.

It's in the freezer section behind the access panel. towards the top of the evaporator. usually at the top of the evaporator clipped to the line.

I ll tell you whats going to happen . the clean coils will helt it to freeze up sooner . that part is good / but the ice problem is a defrost problem caused by the heater or defrost control failure . so keep on working your not done yet .. .you will find the heater and defrost terminater inside the fack of freezer .. mm

Call the manufacture or get a new fridge.

IS THE EVAPORATOR FAN INSIDE FREZZER WORKING AT ALL IF IS NOT WORKING THEN THERE IS NO AIR FLOW TO THE BOTTOM PART
