Replacement fan motor for weather king 14AJA36AO1 condensing unit

You dont need all that data , most motors are belly band type 5" motors, the direction of rotation, hp, speeds, etc are whats material to you.you dont have to get that exact motor unless you wish , Any similarly sized, or larger hp motor will work,(never less hp though) GE makes universal replacement "tripsavers" that have a shaft you may cut if required, and reversible rotation, either CW lead end or CCW lead end, (leads being wires, not the shaft end)Unless you have a OEM specific design as in tabs mounted to the motor, you dont need the exact make, just parameters of equal or greater power and similar or reversible settings specifically. Just take that motor into a electric motor shop, sometimes will be called "X" armature, etc or a appliance parts house, Standard appliance, Jonstone supply, Graingers, Burke engineering, etc.I like GE replacement motors with poller bearings, rather than the Emerson needle bearings, or similar lesser quality motors.

AO Smith SQ1102 pump motor: how do I wire this thing? How do I know if I set it to 115 or 230? I justed popped my 20 amp fuse.

On your motor name plate there is a diagram with motor terminal numbers that shows you the feeder wires connections for 115 & 230VAC. You don't need to change any internal motor wiring connections because those are only CW or CCW motor rotation. As you told it tripped your circuit breaker, b4 u will attemp to make any connection you need to test your motor's winding insulation insulation first by using megger tester or ordinary analog tester clipping one lead to the casing and one lead to the motor terminals one by one.

Wiring diagram for 230v

Single phase motor for 230V, connect T4 and T5, to one line. T2, T3, T8 common connected. T1 to other line. Check Rotation, This should be for CCW rotation facing output shaft. Swap T5 and T8 for CW rotation.

Runs ccw needs to run cw hp 5 460 v hz60 wired motor for high volts last 3 wires are orange that went to no.2fc yellow went to no.3 black wire went to no.1

Look you are putting to much thought in to this. To reverse the direction of a 460 volt motor simply swap two of your power feed leads. You know the L1, L2, and L3 simply change L1 with L2 and your direction will change, calm down and do not over think this.

I have a new A O Smith B861 motor I want to

Thank you for posting your question here on Fixya.com.

I am not sure what you mean by "center wire". For 230V single phase you should have 2 hot line leads (115V each) and a ground wire. Set the motor leads as the nameplate shows for the high voltage connection and attach your line leads where the two lines are indicated. If you have a 3+Grd wire drop DO NOT connect the neutral, insulate it and leave it unconnected. It will not matter which line lead connects to which motor line wire as far as rotation direction. To change rotation, if the motor allows it, you reverse the start winding leads as directed on your nameplate.

How to connect the 3 phase power supply to a 3 phase synchronous motor with control panel

I assume you have 3 phase power where this is going? The panel has 3 legs, 2 are 110 volt and one is 208 volt, you will need a tester to find out which is which if it is not marked, the motor should have a map on it for the wires to attach to, they go the same way, two, 110 and one, 208, I hope this helps, There will be one wire for a ground or a solid wire separate from the unit.
