Question about Emerson EWL20D6 Television
Unit is < 1 year old with infrequent use. Suddenly wouldn;t play DVD or allow it to be ejected. Have tried everything- including disconnect of unit power for a few minutes.
On the face of the DVD, look for a small hole that you can push a paper clip into. This should allow the DVD to eject. Check the DVD for dirt, dust and damage.
