I had the same problem one time, they told me to pull out all of the toner cartriges, power off, power on, power off, replace all cartridges and the problem went away.
Who knows why. If this doesn't work....
Call Konica Minolta tech support.
They were pretty helpful to me.

Error 08 relates to the main motor having problems turning. Quite often this is caused by a faulty consumable (opc,toner or transfer belt). Could also be that the lid is not closing properly and stopping the toner carousel turning freely.

First check the alignment front and rear of the finisher, check the finisher exit guide rollers if the paper is exiting properly, open both rear and the front cover and check the lower gears attach is the up/down drive belt. that lower gear one might be broken by the pin slot.
