Need to program several Tommy Bahama fan remotes to work separately in one location.

I have the same issue. My ceiling is 14 feet high and no clear easy way to get the fan down. Any other suggestions??

take your fan down and you will see three wires 2 white and one black with a copper ground make sure that the whites are connected to the power wh. and the black are connected to the netural black.

clean the top of the blades and check all screws are tight

I contacted the manufacturer (kingofffans.com) after my Altura fan would run on high speed only and the remote would not control any thing. They said their was a manufacturing defect with a capacitor that affected many of the Altura fans. We are now on a waiting list for a new capacitor and housing, because they did not have enough replacement parts.
