It is not Xbox Live since they don't charge that much. It could be a netflix account though, but they don't charge that much either. You will need to contact your bank for full information. They will also give advice on how to claim back any money you may entitled to.

Guys - here's the deal. doesn't matter what your parental settings are. If you used your birthday day when creating your xbox live gamer profile, which can't be changed even by microsoft xbox live support, and your under 18, then your out of luck. Call xbox live supports 800 number and explain the problem. you will eventually talk to a supervisor and they will offer a 6 month free subscription to xbox live which you use to create a new profile (with an adults date of birth). You can use your old profile for other game until it runs out, then let it expire.
there is a silver membership that comes with the xbox that allows you to go to the market place and download updates. A gold membership does cost money but most games come with a free month of gold membership. You can also buy points off the xbox. or pay monthly. Hope this helps. gl.
