It is a job for an expert.Serial memory have to be unsoldered reprogramed to default ,and than it will be completely empty.

If you are using voicemail, then the Service is provided by your Telephone Service Provider.. You need to Contact them and ask for a Passcode Reset for your Voicemail Box
Only your Telephone Company can Reset it.

There is a screw on the side of the cartridge that you have to screw in to reset the drum life timer. With the cartridge flat side toward you, the screw is on the right side.

You can reset the passcode. If you do not have the manual go to panasonics website and look for your device. You will need yor model number and sometimes serial number.

There is a reset code for each handset which I believe is 790,

In most TD systems, the voice mail has an access code of 165. The owner of the system (mailbox 999) can reset any password by following the prompts.

On your handset go to "SETTINGS HS" -> "REGISTRATION" -> "CANCEL BS"
This will discard the registration of the handset to any base.

Then go to "SETTINGS HS" -> "REGISTRATION" -> "REGISTER HS"and select the base you want (i.e. BASE 1, BASE 2, ..., BASE n).

After you finish all the above, hold down the "PAGE" button for about 5 secs.

You are now done!!!
