SOURCE: AC/DC ADAPTOR
you can purchase one at best buy, just take the volt and miliamp ratings and they will be able to match it up. or if they are out try circuit city you might get it online.

it hardly matters if u are using a 90 watt adapter instead of a 65watt
it will charger the battery much more faster
so you can use it
it should power on your system without the battery.... just check that first

If you have the original adapter simply purchase a generic adapter with the same connection type, amp/current and voltage. Otherwise it will show on the products sticker, normally with the model and serial number, what input the ac/dc adapter uses. Im assuming from the information given you need to purchase a 9 volt adapter with an amp or current rating of 500mA or 0.5 amps. I hope this helps. Good luck.
