Question about Canon PowerShot SD700 IS Digital ELPH / IXUS 800 Digital Camera
I can view old Pics that are on camera from the past but the LCD will not work or allow successful shot. When switched to shoot mode it has static and striped colors. I think the sensor has goon bad. Was in the car for a few 20 degree nights. What are my options. Cost to fix? Thank you. Kevin
This sounds like it might be a defective CCD imager. If so, Canon should fix this for you for free, including free shipping both ways. This is regardless of your camera's warranty status. Please check the following two links for more info:
