Water will not drain after wash or rinse cyles

Either or Both of the below may be the reason:

(1) Sensors have stopped working.
(2) Something is obstructing Drain System.

Call Customer Service Engineer.

Because the water from the wash is still inside it and has not drained. So you need a new drain pump!

the drain pump may be blocked, machine wont fill if there is still some water in the system if it hasnt emptied properly. Remove the filter usualy under the panel at the front, and check for blockage and veryfy pump is running.

If the machine fills, and washes and won't drain or spin out the water you need a direct drive coupling. It is located at the bottom and is on the motor shaft and consits of 3 pieces. Check this first, easy fix and not expensive.

The pressure switch is failed - remove the tube from inside the top console area and blow it out. If you're lucky it will again work - with no charge.

When in doubt check the easiest thing to check. The pump can cause a number of errors to come up. Since the unit stopped in rinse I would start but checking to make sure there is nothing obstructing the pump before going to the expensive parts.

check the pump on the machine if its clogged it wont let the washer drain

that could be your problem or your drain pump maybe full... try spin and drain see if it will drain

Washing machine stops at the spin cycle - light flashes. Have to drain water out manually. Happened last week and was then able to run an empty rinse cycle. Machine worked normally for another week. Same problem today but have had to drain water manually from the drum after trying an empty 90 wash and rinse cycle (both stopped on the Spin and flashed). Any ideas? Thanks. x
