Try this. Uninstall all ati drivers, then maybe you should use Driver cleaner pro to remove all driver components.
Install net framework 2, then install driver again.Good luck.

Your graphics card drivers may be out of date. I suggest you download and install the very latest drivers for your card. You can reach the Nvidia wesite here.
Then go for option 2. It'll automatically find the drivers for what ever Nvidia card you have.
