SOURCE: We done' use our coleman hot water on demand

I had a similar problem and was able to unscrew the screen at the end of the intake hose and manually move the pump propellor with a long nail which loosened it and it works fine now. I think it had seized with calcium deposit even though I had cleaned it as instructed.

You may have blown the internal fuse. Remove side cover, locate the circuit board and fuse, replace and reseal reinstall side cover.

Colemans hot water on demand.new battery ,plenty of gas .works on cold, but not on hot

If it is out of warranty there is a fuse inside them that is covered with a light rubber coating, it is the common glass style fuse. That may be causing your issue assuming the battery is ok. The batteries die regularly too especially if it hasnt been charged and is sitting around.

My Whirlpool GU2400XTP dishwasher keeps blowing the fuse. It sat up for 6months because the control panel went out and I couldn't afford to get a new one. Finally replaced the panel and the thermal fuse...

Are you replacing the wires along with the fuse? It is important to change the wires too as they are usually the cause for the fuse blowing. Be sure and get the fuse kit that includes the wires.

Is your water too hot? Hot water is fine but too hot of water can cause the fuse to blow over time. The temp should be somewhere around 120 F. Anything over 130 F is way too hot. I personally don't use a long high steam final rinse or high heat because over time the steam and cause the electronics to short as steam and moisture can get into the keyboard and inside panel.

Thermostat keeps blowing fuses

There is a short in one of the thermostat wires. The fuse is triggered on the low voltage side of the unit. Replace the wires.

Unit was used about 5 weeks ago running fine went to use the other day and no go the batterry is still full strength pump doesnt run nothing works i put a new pump in about 4 months ago

Blown fuse on circuit board. Take one side off, find the board. Fuse is water tight sealed. Remove the seal and replace fuse. This seems to be a rather common problem, but coleman doesn't give any help on it. There are only aprox 7 screws that hold the case together. One little one in under the decal on the front just blow the knob. THERE IS NO NEED TO TAKE THE KNOB OFF.

Have AEG MT-60 ON DEMAND HOT Water Heater that keeps tripping the internal breaker and also have hot water hoses blowing off at fittings. Hoses and lines have been cleaned.

if your blowing hoses , your getting too much preasure . for an ondemand heater to work correctly it needs to be insalled into a system with a recirculation line [it's basicaly a loop, so the water is always flowing].
