You totally ROCK!! My GoGear is so FIXED!! All the "free" extra crap that came factory stored on this thing is G O N E!

Try using windows explorer to delete. your mp3 player should show up as a portable device in explorer. navigate thru the folders, right click on the folders you don't want and click delete.
