2. When prompted, provide the following information:

Click the Start button (Orb in the lower left hand corner of the screen). RIGHT click on Computer and select Properties from the menu. At the bottom of the window you will see the Windows Activation section and an option to Activate Windows Now. Click on it and the activation dialog screen will appear.

You have to start up Netflix on the PS3 and when it prompts you for the activation code you go on a computer to : Netflix.com/PS3
put in your account information if not already entered and it should provide you with an activation code.

If you have Internet connection, then you can Activate Windows over the Internet, if you cannot get Internet access, you can Activate Windows using the phone.
When you boot up your computer it will inform you to Activate Windows - just follow the prompts.
