11 blinks won't occur to this TV. It might be 10 blinks. If so Check Q8014 and Q8013 for shorts, leakage, or bad solder connections on the " D" board. If the transistors are bad, check R8051 and IC8005, also on the "D" board.
If you want more details about the blinking codes to Sony TVs, check this site.

SOURCE: Standby light blinks 7&6 times TV turns on and

IC 8002 is the problem with your TV. Sometimes you can get the set running by unplugging it for a few minutes, or just try powering it up every so often. Once it is on it will stay on. You can leave it on until you get a repairman out to fix it.

SOURCE: Sony trinitron WEGA won't turn on and standby

Unfortunately, what you're describing is a repair issue. You won't be able to address the problem with troubleshooting. There is a part inside the TV that needs to be replaced. If you're under warranty, this will cost you nothing. If you're not under warranty the cost will likely be a minimum of $200 parts and labor. However, be warned that the cost could be considerably higher.

Visit the link below so you can talk to Sony either on the phone or via online chat for your full range of options.

SOURCE: TV wont turn on, sandby light flashes 7 times.

Any malfunction associated with a flashing stand-by light usually indicates a circuit problem or defective component. Unfortunately, the days of taking off the back cover of your TV and replacing a defective tube or fuse are long gone. Proper servicing will require troubleshooting procedures that can only be performed by a qualified electronic repair facility or professional television repair person. Ask for an estimate and a realistic appraisal of whether the set can be adequately fixed. Depending on the age and condition of your TV it may not be cost effective to repair.

I have a 1997 soney tv turns on but red light flashes 6 times i have replaced the lamp but still does not turn on

These blinks [flashes] are fault indication (Error Codes). From the number of blinks occur at one time switch ON, you can get an idea about the faulty circuit section inside it. This will make repair easy. These are called blinking codes. Make sure about the exact number of blinking of the standby/power LED, by switching On & OFF the set, for at least two times. Count it carefully. If you wish to get some details, check the site linked here. It has details about blinking codes, and fault locating procedure, to many popular brand TVs and other devices.

If blinks continue without any pause, the main board is faulty.
Search the site by type in the "brand name" to your device, in the "Search box at the top right of the display window of the Homepage" to get gathered related posts.

Unplug if you have not done so BOTH units from power for several minutes (any cable or satellite box also connected.

wait several minutes and restore power to all units which may allow them to reboot.

Cannot hurt and may help.

I have a 32PFL5332D and when power turned on red light flashes 6 times then stops blinking for 3 seconds and starts again over and over. TV never powers up

Im afraid the set is probably in an over current protection mode wherebye it shuts down to protect itself as one aaea of the tv is drawing excess current, the pattern of flashes will have a code which would guide a techie to problem area, im afraid you will need an engineer visit, sorry George

Red Light Flashing 6 times

When the lamp fails in this unit, often the thermal fuse opens. The error code is 6 blinks. To replace this part requires a great deal of deal of disassembly.
