CS 5211 I would like to get the manual, to know how to operate the phone.

You can't as the phone doesn't have that feature. The only way would be if your landline provider had that feature. It works by dialing in an pressing buttons to start forwarding and then you enter the number you want the calls forwarded to. You can turn it off the same way.
