Which thermal fuse? the one(s) in the fuser? The fuses or the thermistors? There are thermal safety devices everywhere on that machine. Can you be a bit more specific?

pLEASE DESCRIBE YOUR PROBLEM CORRECTLY.tHE 05 CODE REFER TO FUSING UNIT.Check or change the fuser unit components,clean the thermofuse and thermistors.

The fan is not easy to replace...... The fan is located under the black transport belts. The fan is part
of the unit that brings the paper from the transfer & drum to the fuser unit. The unit is black and it looks like tank tracks. From what I remember the fan is acturely in the transport unit ... Good Luck
