Turn printer on.
On your printer, press the Menu button
Press 2 (on the fax dial pad)
Press the right arrow (next to Enter button) until you arrive at "High Speed USB.
Press Enter
Press right arrow to select "Off."
Press Enter.
Press Enter again.

The printer will reboot automatic.
I hope this help!

Sometimes caused by trying to use document feeder or side feed tray with a document on the glass. Remove 2nd document from glass, all should be well. http://every-thing-it.com

I have owned numerous black & white HP laser printers and numerous Konica color laser printers. I purchased 2 HP Color Laserjet CP3525N printers new from HP 1.5 years ago. Now they both squeak loadly...

The squeaky wheel gets the grease! Yes it's a mechanical problem. The paper feed rollers and gears are loaded with paper dust and need to be cleaned or replaced.

Blue and red dots

See if there is something wrong with the pad under the ink carton. There is a little sponge thing that absorbs the ink and transfers it to the paper. The ink could also be the issue. If none of these works, you can just return it for a new one if you still have the receipt

Good chances are, you have a bad memory stick. If you have 2 memory sticks installed, take one out. If it still does it, put that memory stick back in and pull out the other one. If you're still having problems, you might have to reinstall windows.

HP Color Laserjet won't print from desktop - or wirelesslly from laptop - but WILL print directly from laptop.  : ( Need knowledgable networking and driver and  port personn to walk me through this.

I am going to assume that the printer is plugged directly into the desktop and if so then you need to go to printer and setting and setup you color laserjet as a shared printer. Now see if you can see the printer on your network, thru the wireless connection on the laptop.
once done that will probbably work, but you are probbably going to need your desktop on to print

Laserjet 3330 is resulting in fax Comm Errors 327, 232, 442, 356, 421 Comm Error 327 is always with fax # 780.467.6516. i can not fax to this number and when i receive from it, it always prints a Fax...

232-A communication failure has occurred between the two machines.
327-*Reattempt the fax reception at a different time when telephone line conditions have improved. Call the telephone provider if line conditions fail to improve.
356-The remote user has pressed the Stop key, causing the session to be aborted.
442-An error occurred during transmission after one or more partial pages had been sent. The transmitting machine was unable to restart the control channel (handshaking) before sending more data. This error typically occurs when the receiving fax disconnects after receiving part of a page but can also occur if the receiving fax is using a fax format that is incompatible with the HP fax machine (usually during color faxing).
