Most wireless presenters work with 2 pieces, one in your hand and the other a USB key. Make sure the USB key is installed in the computer and the driver for it (available most likely from the manufacturer site) is installed, then use the connect button on the hand held part, making sure you have a good battery and the piece is turned to the on position.

You need to ensure that the wireless is installed in the device manger. Make sure the drivers are present and working well.

Targuss Wireless presenter not recognized

Hello,

The first thing that I would advise you to do is,

Make sure you are connecting it to your system through a USB 2.0 Port, and not 1.0 USB Port.

Next, uninstall the Wireless presenter totally from the System first,

Then go to "scan for hardware changes",

This will bring up a prompt to install the new hardware found (Which is your Wireless presenter).

After this, ensure that it is On, then Scan for wireless networks.

It should connect like that.

(In case you don't know how to uninstall the Adapter, Right-Click on my computer Icon, Properties, Device Manager, then select the Adapter under network adapters, and right click on it, then select uninstall.)

Hope this helps.

Goodluck
