No Microcode Update Loaded for Boot

I just upgrade my computer with a core 2 duo E7200. I have a Fujitsu Siemens Celcius with 1MB ram and a Intel 3.6 Ghz.
When I start the pc it gaves me this message.
No Microcode Update Loaded for Boot....
I have to press F1 to continue loading XP. Then everything goes normal.
How to update this microcode?
Thank you.

It is a Fujitsu -SIemens Celcius W350, and the Core 2 Duo is not offered by Fujitsu.

I run all the updates given by the Fujitsu web page and nothing changed.

What do you think I should do. Remove it from the pc, or accept the fact that I should press F1 each time I turn the pc on. So..Is this a PROBLEM?

or it has to do only with the way how my pc will turn on.

thank you for you help. Really

It means the motherboard does not support that processor and you need to update the bios. You didn't say which Celcius you have, but the BIOS will have to come from Fujitsu.

If you don't see any other problems besides the F1 press I would keep running it. I would be surprised if you get maximum performance from it though. The last time they updated the microcodes for your machine was April 2007.

Your motherboard has the follwing memory support : DDR2 533/400 SDRAM 2 slots, Single-channel (2GB2 Max). As long as it is supported by your motherboard there would be no problem since your processor is also supported by the motherboard.

My system randomly shut downs sometimes, my core temp is some times reading 90,95

This is very high, 70 to 75 seems the safest temp.
I would remove the HSF, clean the cpu. and refit the HSF with new thermal paste.
If your not sure how, there are plenty of Youtube vids showing the fitting of CPU's

Upgrade from pentium 915 D to dual core

The pentium d 915 is a dual core processor, albeit a bad one. You should check google for info on your motherboard to see if it supports Core 2 duo's/ Core 2 quads. I have an E6600 overclocked to 3.0ghz and it still plays games perfectly paired with my 8800gt 512mb and 4gb's ram. I definately recommend upgrading to a core 2 duo. I used to have a pentium d 915 and it was bad for gaming and the e6600 blows it out of the water. You most likely wont find the e6600 anywhere as it is nearly 3 years old. Look at sites such as toms hardware to find a good core 2 duo.

Good luck- an t-adh leat!

Re aspire 7104 being upgraded to duo core processor

No it cant be updated

Your acer aspire is based on the 910GML chipset

The Mobile Intel® 910GML Express chipset is optimized for the Intel® Celeron® M processor.

Here you can compare the 910gml chipset and 945 which is used by the core 2 duo.

http://compare.intel.com/pcc/showchart.aspx?mmID=22210,7419&familyID=7&culture=en-US

As you can see on the page there are key difrences between the chipsets other runs on ddr2, yours on ddr. the FSB support is 400 on yours and 533 / 667 on the 945.

also you can see the supported processor familys right there.

you can look for a
Intel® Celeron® M processor,
Intel® Celeron® M processor Ultra Low Voltage (ULV)

Upgrade cpu with maximum FSB of 400MHz
