Konika 350 / Information on fax transmission confirmation

Does anyone know how to change the font found on fax confirmations for the bizhub 350? we need the complete fax cover page to be visible on the confirmation print out but the transmission report on the page takes so much space . . .

Any have any ideas?

The Bizhub C250 accepts the FK-502 Fax Expansion card like most other Konica Minolta Products so this data is relevant for many models. Below are the step to enable fax confirmation pages:

Press the fax button.
Press the Utility/Counter button.
Touch Administrator Setings.
Enter password (12345678) or (00000000) are the defaults.
Touch OK
Touch Report Settings.
Touch TX Report Settings.
Set TX Report to ON.
Close, OK, and/or Exit all the way out.

SOURCE: turn off confirmation page

log into the web administration page as administrator
choose fax/scan tab
report settings
Tx Report
choose turn on/off/if tx fail
I chose both single and multiple destinations
if tx fails
Tested scan to email and fax to bad addresses and page printed as confirmation of failure
No pages printed for successful Tx

Note - you can still manually request confirmation at printer menu

Konika minolta bizhub 350. When I try to Copy There is a message: "Pleaser Reposition Original". What does it mean? How can I fix it? The paper is checked (size).

Turn off confirmation page

Confirmation
By default, a Fax Confirmation report (Fax Call Report) will only print when a fax error occurs. However, this option can be changed using the printer control panel.
  1. Press the right arrow until Reports appears in the display, press the checkmark.
  2. Press the right arrow until Fax Call Report appears in the display, press the checkmark.
  3. Press the right arrow until Print Report appears in the display, press the checkmark.
  4. Right arrow to the option of choice, press the checkmark to save the change.
FAX call report options
  • Send Fax Only - a confirmation sheet will only print when a fax is sent
  • Never - no fax confirmation sheets
  • Every Error - default setting
  • Send Error - a fax confirmation prints when the fax transmission encounters an error
  • Every Fax - a fax confirmation sheet will print for incoming and outgoing faxes

Konika minolta bizhub 350 fax no answer
Try altering the maximum nuber of rings until it relays the no answer message.

I am not sure exactly where that is.

ALso, you could try turing on the phone line volume so you can listen to what is heppening.
