Question about Creative Labs Zen MicroPhoto MP3 Player
I connect my mp3 via usb an my computer doesn't see it at all. When I turn my mp3 it stops working, and the logo of creative is seen on the black screen. I don't know what to do. Actually I can't do anything as my computer doesn't see the hardware. What should I do? I tried to install the MPT drivers and it didn't help at all. I have Windows xp professional 2002
with Service Pack 3. Please help me...
Go to creative.com. There is a download place where you can get a new firmware. Your crative's firmware needs update. Read before you do something cause you might delete all your songs. I hope this wil help you cause it did the same thing to mine. Goodluck.
