SOURCE: I need a Windows 7 driver for my Primera Signature

if you only see those on the official web site ..download and install the vista driver ...usually the compatibility is around 80% and you have all chances to work ...if it will not ..probably it is not released yet ...But ..like I said for most devices the vista driver work on windows 7..

Drivers windows 7 printer signature Z1

Here ya go! Here is a link to drivers for both Windows XP and Windows 7. The Windows 7 driver requires a software key. The site indicates that all you have to do is call tech support (number on the site) and ask for a free key. Here you go:

I have a primera signature 4 ink jet CD printer. It will not print and the left green light on top is flashing very fast.

The printer lighting symbol indicators are messages of replaceable resources either paper or ink. usually the printer is expected to perform until a fault displays a logo either green for functionality, pink of resources shortage, and red for power resources insufficiency. Checking on the printer compartments to ascertian the conditions or replaceabel resources paper, ink, or jams due to paper over loads. Computer messages with printers would display the fault. For example, a printer message on the computer either as print job request unsuccessful or requirng software would be observable from the computer screen.

Microwave starts but didnt heat anything

The magnetron (the part that heats the food) may be bad or the circuitry to the magnetron may have burned out. Basically my advice is that if you have no electrical expertise, it isn't worth fixing. The magnetron if bad, costs almost as much as a new microwave. If you open it up (make sure it has been unplugged for a few hours and don't seen any obvious burnt parts (including a fuse and the diodes), then most likely the magnetron is done and a new microwave is the way to go.

Let me know how this works out for you.

My primera sig IV interior red lights stay on...

The interior light is part of the cartridge optical reader assembly and tells you that it isn't recognising the ink cartridge. Either they are the wrong cartridges or the bar code at the bottom of the cartridge is unreadable. Using a cotton bud dipped in a bit of metho wipe around the red and clear led's ensuring you clean the small slot next to the led's (the reader). Also either clean the barcodes on the cartridge, or change the cartridges.

Printer error message when tried to print test page

You are going to need SP2 to run many applications, doing system restore to before SP2 setup will make SP2 unusable.

If you can install, the printer on a different plug. Uninstall and re-install drivers as suggested on other post, afterward connect printer to new port, drivers will work differently.

You can also try this:

Disconnect printer.

Remove drivers

Uninstall sp2

restart pc

re install SP2

Download and install latest drivers

connect printer

In this way there are less chanches for driver interfeering with sp2. Use last driver version, older drivers may not work well on sp2.

If this had been helpful vote my solution in the other thread. Thanks
