Question about Car Audio & Video
Are you using an amplifier? If so, it sounds like you are using the blue wire (antenna remote turn on) instead of the blue/white wire to turn your amplifier on. The blue wire turns off when leaving tuner mode, thus turning of the amplifier.

SOURCE: CD WONT PLAY
It sounds like it is attempting to read the t.o.c. (table of contents) which tell the unit where everything is on the cd,and failing to do so, then ejecting, the first thing to do is try cleaning the lens and if there is no change then replace the laser pickup

SOURCE: No AM or FM yet cd player works
Maybe, there is a problem from the detector of you radio function to the amplifier. Try to check on it first or try resoldering from the detector section

IF THIS PROBLEM HAPPENS TO ALL CDS PLAYED, COULD BE THE OPTICALS LENS IS DIRTY, TRY TO CLEAN IT, OR IF ORGINAL CD CAN BE PLAYED THEN THE OPTICAL LENS ARE NOT PROGRAMMED TO READ THE COPIED ONES
